Exceptional leadership isn’t rocket science.

Straight out of high school, I set out to become an aerospace engineer—and then quickly realized my real passion is to launch high-performance leaders and teams (not rockets).

After earning my MBA from Stanford and over a decade of leading teams at Apple, today I share concepts with leaders and teams that are simple—but not always easy. They are the many tiny actions that inspire us to trust and be worthy of trust. To prioritize the important when the urgent calls out for attention. And to act with courage on big ideas.
